Ingredients Required:
- Raw rice-2 cups
- Udad dhal : 1/2 cup
- Salt-According to taste
- Green Chillies - 2-3 cut into small pieces
- Ginger - 3/4 inch Grated finely
- Baking soda -Just a pinch
- Oil to fry
Cooking Method:
- Soak rice and udad dhal together for 2 hours.
- Grind in the grinder like grinding for medu vada.
- Add green chillies and grated ginger to this mixture.
- Add salt and baking soda.
- Add oil in pan and heat in medium flame.
- Make small balls out of the batter and fry in oil.
- Turn over and fry again.
- Serve hot with any tomato onion chutney or ketchup.
